MONTSANT ARTESÀ

Type of cava: Brut Nature

Tasting Note:

A cava with a golden straw color and light greenish touches, with small, persistent bubbles and good crown formation.

The nose shows notes of citrus fruits such as lime and lemon, along with light notes of white bread due to its light aging of at least 12 months.

Fresh and tasty on the palate, endowed with well-integrated carbonation.

Varieties: Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada.

MONTSANT ROSAT (ORGANIC)

Type of cava: Brut.

Tasting Notes:

Cherry pink colored cava, with light ruby hints and a small, persistent bubble.

The nose shows notes of berries, such as raspberry, strawberry and blackberry, with hints of brioche developed by at least 15 months of aging.

In the mouth it is structured, tasty, with a very good balance of acidity and a persistent aftertaste, it is also endowed with a very well integrated carbonic due to its aging.

Varieties: Pinot Noir from organic vineyards.

MONTSANT RESERVA (ORGANIC)

Type of cava: Brut Nature

Tasting Notes:

Golden straw colored cava, with small and persistent bubbles.

The nose shows notes of citrus, toasted white fruit, nuts, and hints of brioche and caramel, caused by its 24 months of aging at least.

The palate is complex, remarkably intense and tasty endowed with a very well-integrated carbonic, the result of its aging.

Varieties: Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Pinot Noir, from organic vineyards.

MONTSANT GRAN RESERVA (ORGANIC)

Type of cava: Brut Nature

Tasting Notes:

Of golden straw color, we are in front of a cava with a small and persistent bubble.

On the nose, notes of toast, dried fruits and brioche, caused by its 36 months of aging at least. Citrus and cooked white fruit notes can also be appreciated in the background.

In the mouth it is very complex, remarkably intense and tasty, endowed with a very well-integrated carbonic due to its long aging.

Varieties: Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Pinot noir, from organic vineyards.

MONTSANT ENOTECA (AGING WITH CORK STOPPER)

Type of cava: Brut nature

Tasting notes:

Straw color with a fine and persistent bubble and an elegant crown formation.

On the nose, intense notes of pastry and toast, the result of at least 60 months of aging. Notes of coffee and cooked white fruits can also be appreciated in the background.

Varieties: Xarel.lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Pinot Noir.
