Cavas Montsant is part of the Cavas Monastell project, created in 1941 by the Roca Gibert brothers, pioneers in the production of cavas in the region of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia.
Since then, and in this privileged environment, the Centellas family has been working to create artisanal cavas that respect the winemaking tradition and transmit a unique quality and personality.
Many things have changed, but our passion for traditional cava of the highest quality remains intact.
